Responsibilities
- To lead a team of Technicians for facilities management activities.
- To work with Facilities managers, engineers, contractors and clients.
- To advise and lead the technical investigations for rectification works.
- To supervise and execute all preventive and breakdown maintenance for air con, ACMV and general building devices.
- To assist and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of ACMV systems and ensure compliance with local safety and quality standards.
- To troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to facilities management.
- To liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs.
- To provide investigation, analysis and assessment to determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively.
- To prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals.
- To carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned.
- To ensure proper documentation of procedures and maintenance works.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Facilities Management managing ACMV equipment / chillers / mechanical / electrical / building / projects etc.
- Able to work independently, resourceful and self-motivated.
- Good communication skills, positive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
