The Senior Customer Support Executive (Business Operations) mainly be in charge of overseeing day-to-day functional activities, technical support, and logistical processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Main responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operational support activities to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Support and monitor orders till shipment including coordination with manufacturing facilities, suppliers and freight forwarder.
  • Liaise with factories/suppliers and freight forwarder on schedules and update customers.
  • Coordinate logistics and other matters with factories in Europe/Italy and third-party suppliers which include warehouse management and deliveries.
  • Follow-up with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Ensure SOPs and engagement standards are followed.
  • Responsible for documents administration including DO, PO & Invoice.
  • Maintain and ensure accurate data entries in MYOB.
  • Inventory tracking, replenishment and stock coordination.
  • Prepare COO /COQ / COC for customers.
  • Maintain proper filing of sales and operational documents.
  • Report generation weekly/monthly and administration support to the General Manager.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in operations support.
  • Minimum Diploma.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & reporting tools (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
  • Proactive and able to respond quickly to operational needs.
  • Able to work independently and also as a team.
  • Detail-oriented & excellent communication skills.
