The Indoor Sales Executive will support sales activities by providing technical advice, quotation preparation, and customer coordination, ensuring accurate solutions, timely responses, and smooth order processing.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Prepare and provide quotations based on customer inquiries.
- Follow up on quotations to ensure customers have received and reviewed the offers, and update quotations as required to reflect any changes in customer needs or market conditions.
- Order processing, acknowledgment and pre-payment with customers.
- Proactively manage customers and follow-up to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Update CRM.
- Attend to walk-in customers and respond to phone and email sales enquiries.
- Review terms and conditions between the company and customers prior to implementation.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Sales Support, preferably in the Electrical sector (strong knowledge of electrical components).
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Able to work independently and as well as in a team.
- Confident, and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
