Description:
- Routine inspection of premises and equipment.
- Handle soft service vendors/personnel such as cleaning/security services.
- Procure and maintain inventory of supplies needed.
- Adherence to Safety, Health and Building regulations, including emergency responses preparation, fire drills, etc.
- Oversee procedures to ensure data security for both physical and digital data security.
- Handle premise maintenance, renovations, upgrading, reconfiguration of work spaces, etc. projects.
- Handle facilities related budgeting and control.
- Handle premise related administrative work, lease renewal, vendor relationship and selection.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree qualification.
