Job Description:
- To coordinate and process orders, liaising with internal personnel, customers, factories & suppliers.
- To execute, support and monitor orders till shipment including coordination with manufacturing facilities, suppliers and freight forwarders.
- To work closely with customers to resolve conflicts.
- To process RMA when needed.
- To issue purchase orders and invoices.
- To update part numbers, customer creation and information using MYOB.
- To applicate Certificate of Origin.
- To prepare COO/COQ/COC for customers.
- To maintain customer records and documentation.
- To prepare marketing materials - including catalogues, samples & others.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma.
- Min 3 years order fulfilment experience.
- Able to work independently & as well as in a team.
