Job Description:

  • To coordinate and process orders, liaising with internal personnel, customers, factories & suppliers.
  • To execute, support and monitor orders till shipment including coordination with manufacturing facilities, suppliers and freight forwarders.
  • To work closely with customers to resolve conflicts.
  • To process RMA when needed.
  • To issue purchase orders and invoices.
  • To update part numbers, customer creation and information using MYOB.
  • To applicate Certificate of Origin.
  • To prepare COO/COQ/COC for customers.
  • To maintain customer records and documentation.
  • To prepare marketing materials - including catalogues, samples & others.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma.
  • Min 3 years order fulfilment experience.
  • Able to work independently & as well as in a team.
