POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales (Business) Support Executive provides administrative and operational support to the Sales team to ensure smooth sales processes and excellent customer service. This role is responsible for preparing quotations and tenders, coordinating customer requests, maintaining accurate databases, and generating reports to support business performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive administrative, sales and marketing support to the Sales Divisions.
  • Manage end-to-end sales order processing, prepare quotations, generate reports, and compile tender documents for submission.
  • Coordinate closely with Operations and Finance to ensure smooth internal workflow and compliance with business processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support service excellence and business growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support, order management or business operations.
  • Prior experience in the medical equipment, devices, or consumables industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Meticulous, well-organised, and detail-oriented.
  • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments.
