Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to engineers in compiling reports, letters and drawings for submission.
- Coordinate with engineering, client & contractors to ensure schedules are followed.
- Ensure client's requirements on the submitted documents are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Perform quality control and maintenance of the documents be it hardcopy or electronic as per company procedure.
- Scan and upload documents in the shared drive and ensure all documentation is discoverable and accessible.
- Disseminate, monitor and track all documents.
- Securely backup all documentation.
- Carry out administrative duties as and when required.
Qualification & Requirements
- GCE O level.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Familiar with ISO 9001 is preferable.
- Independent with good time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
- Team player with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
