Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to engineers in compiling reports, letters and drawings for submission
  • Coordinate with engineering, client & contractors to ensure schedules are followed
  • Ensure client’s requirements on the submitted documents are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Perform quality control and maintenance of the documents be it hardcopy or electronic as per company procedure
  • Scan and upload documents in the shared drive and ensure all documentation is discoverable and accessible
  • Disseminate, monitor and track all documents
  • Securely backup all documentation
  • Carry out administrative duties as and when required

Qualification & Requirements

  • GCE O level
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Familiar with ISO 9001 is preferable
  • Independent with good time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
  • Team player with good organizational and problem-solving skills
