Swansea Women's Aid in Swansea is seeking an inspiring Chief Executive Officer to lead our women-only charity as it supports survivors of domestic abuse and sexual violence.
You will work with a well-established Board to set strategy, ensure safeguarding and financial sustainability, and expand services through partnerships and fundraising.
The role is open to women only, offers 35 hours per week with hybrid working, and a salary of £45,000–£51,250 depending on experience.
