The Charity Service is seeking a Head of Grants Programme to design and deliver a new grants fund from the ground up, combining strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery.

This remote role involves developing processes, governance frameworks and partnerships, ensuring transparent, trauma‑informed funding to victims and communities, with monthly Manchester meetings and a 35‑hour week (full‑time, 4 days considered).
