- Senior EFX Developer con sólida experiencia en desarrollo
Java de baja latencia , que quiera participar en un ambicioso programa de modernización tecnológica dentro del área de mercados financieros.
Trabajarás en un entorno internacional junto a equipos distribuidos entre Reino Unido, España, Polonia y Latinoamérica, desarrollando soluciones críticas para sistemas de pricing, trading y gestión de riesgos.
¿Cuál será tu misión?
Formarás parte de un equipo altamente especializado encargado de diseñar y desarrollar la nueva generación de plataformas de Electronic FX Trading, participando en la evolución de sistemas de misión crítica con requisitos de máxima disponibilidad, rendimiento y escalabilidad.
Tus principales responsabilidades serán
- Desarrollo de aplicaciones de alto rendimiento utilizando
- Diseño e implementación de soluciones low latency para sistemas de pricing y trading electrónico.
- Desarrollo de motores de pricing, hedging, booking y gestión de liquidez.
- Optimización del rendimiento de aplicaciones mediante técnicas de reducción de latencia, optimización de GC y tuning del sistema operativo.
- Desarrollo de soluciones basadas en protocolos financieros como
FIX y APIs REST.
- Implementación de sistemas distribuidos utilizando tecnologías como
Hazelcast , Kafka, Aeron o soluciones similares.
- Participación en el diseño de arquitecturas escalables, resilientes y altamente disponibles.
- Colaboración con Product Owners, Business Analysts y equipos de QA dentro de metodologías Agile.
- Mentorizar a desarrolladores junior y promover buenas prácticas de desarrollo, testing y calidad de código.

Senior Java Developer .
- Dominio de
Java 17 o superior .
- Experiencia en desarrollo low latency y aplicaciones multihilo.
- Conocimientos avanzados en optimización de rendimiento (GC, memoria, CPU y sistema operativo).
- Experiencia trabajando con protocolo
FIX .
- Conocimientos en tecnologías de mensajería de baja latencia como
Aeron , Agrona, SBE, Protobuf o Chronicle.
- Experiencia con sistemas distribuidos y soluciones de caché como
Hazelcast, Redis, Coherence o similares.
- Experiencia en diseño de arquitecturas escalables y sistemas críticos.
- Nivel alto de inglés , imprescindible para trabajar en un entorno internacional.
- Se valorará especialmente
- Experiencia en
Electronic Trading , especialmente en mercados FX.
- Conocimientos de pricing, market making, hedging, gestión de liquidez o plataformas RFQ y Streaming.
- Experiencia con Kafka y arquitecturas event-driven.
- Conocimientos de observabilidad, monitorización e instrumentación de aplicaciones.
- Experiencia liderando técnicamente equipos o realizando mentoring.
