General Labourer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks effectively
• Perform general maintenance and upkeep of tools and equipment
• Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly

Requirements

• Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
• A valid driving licence and own mode of transport is essential
