You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager to attract, engage, and hire the people who make ACEPP UK thrive. What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with our Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver an inclusive and engaging recruitment experience to all departments.
  • Build warm, long-term candidate relationships, making each person feel valued and respected.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the team's needs and provide thoughtful recruitment advice.
  • Craft engaging job advertisements and spearhead employer branding initiatives that showcase our inclusive culture.
  • Source diverse candidates via innovative channels - networking, LinkedIn, events, and referrals.
  • Support interview coordination, communication, and onboarding - helping new hires feel welcome from day one.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Some experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, either in-house or agency-side.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, you’re approachable, empathetic, and organised.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with an eye for detail.
  • Interest in engineering or technical sectors is a plus, but not required.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn are most important.
