ACEPP Entreprise is a consulting company in Industrial Technology. Our collaborators, experts in the civil and military nuclear sectors as well as in naval, have been putting their experience at the service of clients in the sector for 25 years. We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Coating Inspector to join our team supporting critical nuclear sector projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the application, inspection, and verification of protective coatings meet rigorous industry and regulatory standards. You will play a key part in safeguarding the integrity, performance, and longevity of key nuclear infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, evaluate, and document coating processes in accordance with project specifications and nuclear industry standards.
- Conduct surface preparation assessments, environmental checks, coating application monitoring, and final quality verifications.
- Liaise with project engineers, contractors, and quality teams to ensure compliance and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and traceability documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of coating procedures, specifications, and quality control systems.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- NACE / ICorr Level 2 (minimum requirement).
- Demonstrable experience in coating inspection within the nuclear, oil & gas, defence, power generation, or similar regulated environment.
- Strong working knowledge of surface preparation standards, coating systems, and inspection techniques.
- Understanding of industry standards such as ISO, ASTM, and nuclear regulatory guidance.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in controlled and safety-critical environments.
Desirable:
- Security clearance or eligibility to obtain clearance.
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
