We are seeking an I&C Commissioning Engineer / Technician with proven experience in nuclear projects. The role focuses on field commissioning of Instrumentation & Control (I&C) systems, ensuring systems operate safely and in accordance with design specifications. Previous participation in nuclear commissioning activities is mandatory. Experience with PWR or EPR technology is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and support field commissioning activities for I&C systems, including installation checks, functional tests, and system validation.
- Follow and implement commissioning procedures, plans, and protocols on-site.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot, test, and resolve system issues.
- Ensure compliance with nuclear safety standards, quality assurance, and project specifications.
- Participate in the development of commissioning schedules and coordinate with other disciplines for safe and efficient execution.
- Document commissioning results, test reports, and non-conformances accurately.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or HND in Instrumentation & Control, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Proven field experience in I&C commissioning on nuclear or industrial projects.
- Mandatory nuclear experience; knowledge of PWR or EPR systems is a strong plus.
- Practical experience with testing, calibration, and validation.
- Familiarity with nuclear safety standards and QA/QC requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team on-site.
