We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with strong expertise in nuclear projects, preferably with PWR (Pressurised Water Reactor) or EPR (European Pressurised Reactor) experience. The construction manager is responsible for leading and managing construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with nuclear regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and site personnel on nuclear projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all construction activities, ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets, and technical requirements.
- Ensure nuclear safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance are maintained at all stages of construction.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and project management teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet project objectives.
- Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and contractors, providing regular progress updates and reports.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or relevant Engineering discipline.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager on nuclear projects, preferably EPR or PWR designs.
