We are looking for a Partner Development Lead Manager to support and drive the success of the Android Enterprise partner ecosystem across the EMEA region. This role focuses on partner enablement, training compliance, expertise validation, stakeholder engagement, and program management. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure partners successfully achieve and maintain Android Enterprise Partner Expertise requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Program Management
- Provide guidance and support to partners throughout their expertise validation journey.
- Develop and maintain reports showing Partner Expertise validation status by Priority, Product, and Partner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to establish quarterly and annual training completion targets.
- Develop regional training plans to support successful Partner Expertise validation.
- Proactively engage and support priority partners through the validation process.
- Monitor onboarding, training completion, and validation progress.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on Partner Expertise validation status.
- Track regional performance against established targets.
- Identify gaps and opportunities to improve partner readiness and compliance.
- Maintain accurate reporting dashboards using Google Sheets and Salesforce CRM.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with enablement teams to track onboarding, training completion, and validation activities.
- Collaborate with business teams to monitor partner progress and regional objectives.
- Coordinate with support and operations teams to resolve validation-related challenges.
- Recommend appropriate resources, including training materials, product documentation, and knowledge base content, to help partners meet requirements.
- Support partners in enhancing their service delivery capabilities and operational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5 years of experience working with Channel Partner Programs within the technology industry.
- Experience managing partner relationships, enablement programs, or channel development initiatives.
- Experience working with technology partners, resellers, distributors, or enterprise solution providers is preferred.
