Cognizant (Vendor) shall provide strategic and operational support for upcoming launches. The objective of this service is to deliver AI-ready planning, execute paid media workflows, and maintain organic publishing standards.
Scope of Work & Deliverables
- Launch Planning & AI Knowledge Management
- Create "AI-Ready Knowledge Base" for launches based on information provided by program managers and in compliance with AI for marketing guidelines.
- Structure launch data to facilitate the automation of brief writing and initial creative mocks.
- Translate product documentation into strategic social roadmaps and scenario plans for review by the Marketing Lead.
- Paid Social Campaign Execution
- Coordinate day-to-day operations with our media agency for paid social campaigns (Note: Budget approval and strategic direction remain with the Client).
- Coordinate "Whitelisting" and boosting protocols for partner content according to established guidelines.
- Utilize Generative AI tools to produce creative variations and localisations based on provided performance data.
- Partner Activation Support
- Produce "Partner Playbooks" containing approved materials and messaging for external partners.
- Monitor partner timelines to ensure alignment between organic posts and paid activation schedules.
- Organic Publishing & Platform Maintenance
- Provide continuous execution of organic publishing via Sprinklr, ensuring community management and risk monitoring protocols are met during agreed-upon service windows.
- Maintain publishing cadence and operational standards during peak volume periods or when internal resource availability is low.
- Produce performance reports based on business cadence requirements.
Requirements for Service Delivery
- Experience: 5+ years in social media, including Paid Media Buying and Organic Strategy.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Sprinklr.
- Proficiency in AI tools for workflow efficiency. Expertise in Google AI solutions.
- Subject Matter Knowledge: Deep interest in art & culture and/or education and storytelling, with an understanding of the global cultural partner ecosystem.
