This is a full-time remote role for a Senior UKG Project Manager. In this role, you will oversee and manage complex UKG implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating cross-functional teams
- Facilitating project plans

- Addressing challenges during deployments
You will collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs, provide strategic guidance, and deliver tailored UKG solutions to meet operational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Project Management, including managing large-scale and complex implementations
- Experience in expediting processes and expeditor responsibilities to ensure timely completion of project tasks
- Skills in inspection and ensuring project quality and compliance with established standards
- Proficiency in logistics management, including resource allocation, scheduling, and supply chain coordination
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, while managing multiple priorities
- Experience with UKG Pro WFM and related workforce management solutions is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
