About Ace Waves
Customer service is being rebuilt from the ground up with the arrival of the latest AI tech. At Ace Waves, we’re building an AI agents platform that handles real customer conversations end-to-end for leading consumer brands. Started in stealth, Ace Waves is now a fast-growing startup with strong funding and a growing customer base across Europe.
The Mission
The Go-To-Market (GTM) team is the engine behind our global expansion. Positioned at the intersection of Product, AI Automation, and Sales, we don’t just market a tool - we build repeatable revenue engines and define how Agentic AI transforms enterprise outreach.
The Leadership
You’ll be joining a team led by serial entrepreneurs Antanas Bakšys, Ringaudas Kalinauskas, and Lukas Mikuckis. This is their second major venture together following the successful acquisition of their previous scale-up, SearchNode, in 2022.
The Culture
As an early team member, you will operate in a founder-led GTM culture. You’ll work directly with the leadership team, having a seat at the table where strategic decisions are made. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role designed for someone who wants to skip the corporate red tape and build a global category winner.
Why we’re hiring now
Ace Waves has built strong early traction in the Baltics and Lithuania, and we now have more qualified pipeline and active accounts than our founding team can manage alone. There are real deals on the table that need a trusted, proven enterprise AE to take ownership, build relationships, and bring them across the line. From day one you will be working closely with our CEO and VP Sales on live opportunities, stepping into an active pipeline and helping us close the deals that will define our next phase of growth. It is a rare opportunity to join a startup at the moment when the product is proven, the customers are real, and the revenue is there to be closed.
What you’ll do
- Prospect and generate leads by identifying and targeting potential enterprise customers through research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across our customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, crafting tailored presentations and proposals.
- Lead complex negotiations with prospects and customers, working closely with legal and finance to close deals effectively.
- Help define and refine GTM motion, directly shaping how our sales engine operates.
- Work cross-functionally with product and engineering team to ensure smooth deployments and long-term success.
What we expect you to bring
- Native or professional fluency in Lithuanian and fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales roles managing end-to-end complex deal cycles.
- Proven ability to identify and close mid/large accounts with a €1M+ annual quota.
- Demonstrated experience prospecting and building enterprise pipelines through research, networking, and outreach.
- Analytical mindset capable of interpreting market trends and making data-driven decisions.
Even better
- Background in customer service, automation, or AI related domains.
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English or Lithuanian, especially for enterprise sales.
- Experience building GTM strategies, sales motions, or teams from the ground up.
- Knowledge and experience working within the Baltic market (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia).
- Personal network across large consumer businesses.
Location
We are a high-growth AI scale-up born in Lithuania, currently expanding our global footprint. While our engineering excellence and founders are rooted in the thriving Baltic tech ecosystem, we are now building our core Sales and GTM powerhouse in London. As one of our first UK hires, you will be the face of Ace Waves in the world’s leading tech hub, bridging the gap between our product innovation and global enterprise clients.
Equal opportunity to all
We’re building technology that transforms how people and businesses interact across the world. To build it responsibly for everyone, not just a group of people, we encourage diversity of perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences. That’s why we welcome all applicants, regardless of race, religion, national origin, age, disability, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected status.
