Customer Services Co-ordinator required by Strachan Furniture Makers Ltd. in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

One of the UK’s market leaders for fitted luxury Bedroom and Home Study furniture, based in Leeds, requires a Customer Services Co-ordinator to help continue with its success.

Located in Bramley, Leeds, the position of Customer Services Co-ordinator requires a person with:

  • Quality project management skills to drive through successful installations.
  • First Class, hands-on, Customer Service communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Able to Co-ordinate projects with the customer between: Surveyors, Fitters, Factory, and Technicians.
  • Ability to use I.T. systems such as Microsoft Word; Outlook, full training on our in-house system will be provided.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Confident, bright, and enthusiastic team player dedicated to implementing projects on time and within budget.
  • Experienced in co-ordinating and planning appointments and running a surveyor or installer diary.
  • Well organized and efficient.
  • An excellent all-round communicator with colleagues and customers.
  • Computer literate and able to apply our business systems.
  • Experienced in business-to-home improvement consumer sales (although not essential).
  • Able to learn quickly from our training and support programmes to gain product knowledge.
  • Ambitious to progress own career and be suitably rewarded in both financial and career progression.
  • Eligible to work in the UK and be available for interview at our Leeds head office within 7 days of application.

  • Substantial salary with pension and bonus scheme commensurate with experience.
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays to start, increasing to 25 days plus bank holidays with years of service.

  • We will provide full on-the-job training which will be ongoing through the first few months of starting with the Company.
