What the role entails
With us you can combine your people skills with the opportunity to shape the experience of our customers with both your presence on the sales floor as well as optical knowhow in the back office.
So your daily tasks will include:
- Polishing lenses
- Supporting customers with tailored style advice
- Adjusting frames
- Passing on your expertise to customers and colleagues
- Making our customers enthusiastic about all of our products and services (online and offline)
- Working as part of a team with other Sales Assistants, Management Team and an optometrist
