Role snapshot

Optical Assistant (24 hours) – typical responsibilities include:

  • Polishing lenses;
  • Support customers with tailored style advice;
  • Adjusting frames;
  • Passing on your expertise to customers and colleagues;
  • Making customers enthusiastic about our products and services (online and offline);
  • Working as part of a team with other Sales Assistants, Management Team and an optometrist;
  • Support Ace & Tate\’s mission of becoming a more sustainable company every day.
