Role snapshot

To give you an idea of the role, here\’s a typical Optical Assistant (32 hours) to do list:

• Polishing lenses;
• Support customers with tailored style advice;
• Adjusting frames;
• Passing on your expertise to customers and colleagues;
• Making our customers enthusiastic about all of our products and services (online and offline);
• Working as part of a team with other Sales Assistants, Management Team and of course an optometrist;
• Support Ace&Tate\’s mission of becoming a more sustainable company every day.
