Since our start in Amsterdam in 2013 we’re here to inject a good dose of common sense into our industry by making well-designed, quality eyewear accessible to everyone. Responsibilities

  • Lead and train our Sales Assistants on the sales floor in collaboration with the Assistant Store Manager and the Optician.
  • Fit frames.
  • Polish and cut lenses.
  • Recruit and train new team members.
  • Use and transfer your retail experience.
  • Give customers tailored style advice.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Management- and retail experience, people- and leadership skills, and the ability to convert analysis into actions.
  • Willingness to learn; previous optic experience is not required.
