Great fits that last, for all eyes. Are you ready to make a real impact as an Assistant Store Manager (full time) in our store in London?
Just ask yourself, are you...
- Cheerful? (Our glass is always half full)
- Committed? (We walk the talk and deliver)
- Accessible? (We are approachable, open-minded, inclusive)
- Straightforward? (We cut the crap)
Your role in the team: Glasses are only one side of the story; excellent sales advice and customer service are the other. Our Assistant Store Managers use their retail experience to assist our clientele, train our Sales Assistants and support our Store Managers. So, you will be:
- Supporting the store manager with day to day management;
- Training a dedicated team to deliver high level customer service;

Training and onboarding: Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with:
- Dedicated onboarding per role;
- 1:1 training with a buddy;
- Online and offline learning environment.
Our jobs are for everyone, even if you don’t have previous optic experience. Even if you don’t wear glasses.
What we’ll offer you as Assistant Store Manager:
- An indefinite contract;
- A chance of a yearly raise based on performance;
- The possibility of an 8% monthly bonus for reaching store targets;
- 28 days holiday entitlement, 30 days after one year of service, and 33 days after two years (based on full time employment);
- Full coverage of travel costs (if you live farther than 10 km from work);
- Regular team events;
- Unlimited access to our internal learning portal;
- Discounts for gym sessions and unlimited, free access to an online psychologist through ClassPass and OpenUp;
