Your Role:
- Partner with international clients to diagnose hiring needs and workforce challenges
- Build and execute targeted attraction strategies for specialist talent pools
- Interview, assess, and match high-calibre candidates to niche roles
- Develop long-term client and candidate relationships within your market
- Drive new business development and grow your own specialist desk
- Operate as a trusted market expert within your vertical
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree (preferred but not essential), OR
- 6+ months experience in recruitment, OR
- Proven success in B2B / C2C sales environments
