ACE Money Transfer is a UK-based company headquartered in Manchester, United Kingdom. The company specializes in online remittance services for customers in the UK, Canada, Australia, and the European Union, including Switzerland. It is part of a group with diverse interests, including digital wallets in the UK, real estate, advertising, and software solutions in Pakistan. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is central to our transformation. We are seeking a visionary leader to shape and execute our AI strategy, delivering scalable solutions aligned with our digital and business goals. This strategic role involves hands-on leadership, overseeing the design and implementation of advanced AI/ML solutions, influencing enterprise architecture, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance data quality, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Manager of AI – Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and execution of the AI strategy and roadmap across ACE Money Transfer.
2. Design and expand machine learning platforms and infrastructure.
3. Build, mentor, and lead AI/ML teams, including MLEs, MLOps, and data engineers.
4. Implement scalable AI solutions for predictions, search, recommendations, and growth initiatives.
5. Establish AI best practices, model lifecycle management, and governance standards.
6. Work with cross-functional teams to convert business needs into technical AI solutions.
7. Manage AI workshops, proof-of-concepts, and pilot projects.
8. Promote ethical AI practices and responsible governance.
9. Guide technology choices related to AI platforms, deployment, and cloud infrastructure.
10. Contribute to product development discussions and provide AI insights for future innovations.

What You Bring:

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
• At least 6 years of experience, with 4+ years in designing and deploying AI/ML models at scale.
• Expertise in cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP), data platforms, MLOps, and modern DevOps practices.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, deep learning, and deployment processes.
• Leadership experience in building and managing high-performing AI teams.
• Proven track record of delivering AI projects with measurable business impact.
• Knowledge of ethical AI, safe AI, and fairness practices.
• Experience in agile, DevSecOps, and SaaS environments is advantageous.
