Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Collaboration & Relationship Management: Collaborate with payout partners to enhance service delivery and ensure pricing competitiveness. Focus on partner satisfaction and foster long‑term collaborative relationships. Negotiate favourable terms to expand payout networks and enhance market penetration through new partnerships, products or services based on market analysis. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with regional payout partners across the assigned Rest of Asia markets.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination: Work closely with cross‑functional teams to optimize services and promptly resolve partner issues. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and execute campaigns that increase customer engagement and support growth initiatives. Monitor service delivery and address operational challenges efficiently. Coordinate with compliance, operations, marketing, finance and product teams to ensure seamless execution of regional business initiatives.
  • Strategy & Market Analysis: Analyse market trends to identify opportunities and develop innovative business, product or service strategies. Monitor the competitive landscape and propose solutions to maintain a competitive edge. Identify new corridor opportunities and recommend strategic market expansion initiatives across the Rest of Asia region. Conduct country‑specific market assessments to support sustainable business growth.
  • Campaign Management & Evaluation: Oversee the execution of campaigns (in coordination with marketing/partners) to boost growth initiatives and enhance customer engagement. Evaluate the performance of campaigns, generating insights to optimise strategies for future campaigns. Ensure campaigns are tailored to regional market dynamics and customer behaviour.
  • Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Manage operational escalations and implement measures to improve partner service performance. Prepare comprehensive monthly performance reports summarising key metrics and improvement opportunities. Track partner performance, transaction trends, pricing effectiveness and growth indicators across the assigned markets.
  • Onboarding & Market Analysis: Onboard new partners while understanding company objectives, existing operations and current payout partnerships across the Rest of Asia region. Conduct regional market analysis and develop a long‑term business growth plan based on performance insights and market opportunities. Identify priority markets within South Asia (excluding India & Bangladesh), Central Asia & Turkey, GCC and East & Southeast Asia.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to design region‑specific campaigns aimed at increasing transaction volumes. Finalize pricing strategies with payout partners to remain competitive across assigned markets. Roll out campaigns designed during the planning phase. Monitor performance metrics such as transaction volume, customer acquisition and engagement. Evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimise future initiatives based on measurable outcomes.
  • Pay‑out Partner Engagement: Strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and operational stability. Identify and negotiate with additional payout partners to expand regional reach. Explore strategic alliances and new partnership opportunities to support market penetration and business expansion.
