Hours: Part Time - 2 or 3 days a week, Tuesdays & Thursdays in the office We are currently recruiting for our client, as a sole supplier, who provide lightweight solar solutions as an alternative to conventional solar.
They have a talented team of passionate and sustainability focused individuals from a range of disciplines, with an experienced senior leadership team.
Due to accelerated growth and demand, they are seeking a highly motivated lawyer to join the team, to help in providing legal advice to the board and executive committee on all legal matters, as well as supporting the sales team with client agreements.
They will work across multiple divisions within the organisation, draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, and provide support on regulatory and other matters.
What youll be doing: 1.
Be the go-to person for all legal matters within the business 2.
Work closely with senior executives within the business to ensure effective communication 3.
Providing accurate, relevant, and timely advice on a variety of legal topics that relate to the business sector and their products or services 4.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial and installation contracts and agreements 5.
Managing and mitigating legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures 6.
Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the business 7.
Promoting legal, compliance and risk management best practice throughout the company 8.
Communicating with and managing any third-party bodies such as external counsel or auditors 9.
Designing and delivering legal training to the business 10.
