Based London & Hybrid We are currently recruiting for our client as a preferred supplier who are seeking a Chief of Staff to work alongside the CEO.

This role is a full time permanent role and offers hybrid working 3 days in the London office near Waterloo and 2 days remote.

About the Role As the company continues to scale, you will play a key role in helping drive the business forward alongside their CEO.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that combines strategic execution, operational leadership and executive support.

Acting as an extension of the CEO, you will help turn priorities into action, remove obstacles, keep initiatives moving and ensure the wider leadership team remains aligned on what matters most.

You'll be someone who enjoys bringing structure to a dynamic environment, confidently managing competing priorities whilst maintaining momentum across multiple projects.

You'll work closely with the CEO, Senior Leadership Team, Board and external stakeholders, providing the judgement, organisation and commercial awareness needed to help the business scale successfully.

The role will require a mix of remote and office-based work and may include joining the CEO on international travel for a number of days at a time.

They currently work from the buzzing workspace near Waterloo, London where you will work three days a week.

They are looking for someone who is fully invested in helping build a high-growth business.

Someone who is straightforward to work with, highly emotionally intelligent, commercially minded, exceptionally organised and comfortable making decisions, holding people to account and ensuring things get done.

Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, Senior Executive Assistant, Business Operations, Programme Management or similar role, ideally within a fast-paced scale-up or high-growth business (Minimum 5 years experience).

Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand business priorities and make sound judgements.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and One Note.

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and outstanding time management skills.

A proactive self-starter who takes ownership, uses initiative and requires minimal supervision.

Exceptional emotional intelligence with the ability to read situations, adapt communication style and build credibility quickly.

Willingness to travel internationally with the CEO when required.
