De Ace Juweliers Groep bestaat uit een luxe juwelierszaak in Amsterdam & Londen en een internationale eBoutique van de familie Ben Joseph. Twee generaties juweliers en hun teams proberen er voor te zorgen dat de consument te allen tijde vakkundig en vriendelijk te woord wordt gestaan, zowel fysiek als digitaal. De consumenten zijn welkom in winkels met een sfeervolle, gezellige en veilige omgeving, waar de meest actuele collecties van sieraden, horloges, diamanten en luxe accessoires worden gepresenteerd. Uiteraard kunnen clienten ook terecht voor after sales service van horloges, sieraden en accessoires.
Het sales team van Ace Juweliers gevestigd in Mayfair te Londen, is op zoek naar een enthousiaste, klantvriendelijke en gedreven Boutique Manager (fulltime). Ben jij gek van horloges, sieraden en accessoires en ben je daarnaast servicegericht, commercieel, spontaan, representatief en heb jij passie voor sales? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Werkzaamheden:- Verantwoordelijk voor open en sluiten van de boutique
- Contact met merken (B2B)
- Stock Management
- Adviseren van klanten in de winkel, telefonisch, via social media of per e-mail
- Afwikkelen van sales
- After sales service
- Verwerken van bestellingen
- Is representatief, klantgericht, commercieel en verantwoordelijk
- Beschikt over WO denkniveau
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
- Bij voorkeur woonachtig in Londen of omgeving
