- Look around the property and communicate to the customer what could be repaired or what our company can handle.
- Take the time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquire about additional work that could be performed.
- Point out small fixes to the customer to help them understand our capabilities.
- Maintain punctuality and efficiency to uphold highest integrity and target customer satisfaction.

Compensation
