Job Summary

We are one of Lehigh Valley’s top‑rated handyman, repair, and remodeling companies. We have provided homes and businesses throughout the region with quality craftsmanship for all handyman needs. We are seeking a highly motivated professional Craftsman skilled in multiple trades.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (No weekend work)

Responsibilities

• Look around the property and communicate to the customer the repairs and services our company can handle.
• Take the time to earn the customer’s confidence and inquire about additional work that could be performed.
• Sometimes fix something small and point it out to the customer to demonstrate our capability.
• Be punctual and efficient, maintaining the highest integrity and striving for top customer satisfaction.
• Enjoy being an integral part of a winning team.
• Demonstrate an ability and willingness to exceed customers’ expectations.

Qualifications

• Solid overall knowledge of all trades: plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical.
• Effective troubleshooting skills – quick thinker able to examine issues and resolve them promptly and professionally.
• Excellent communication skills – able to interact with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
• Independent thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Presentable appearance with a clean‑cut look, a decent vehicle, and organized tools.
• Know what tools are needed for each task (not necessarily owning all tools).

Compensation

$27.00 - $30.00 per hour.
