Job Overview:
We are one of NE Florida’s top‑rated handyman, repair, and remodeling companies. We are seeking highly motivated professional men/women Carpenters skilled in multiple trades, including Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, light Plumbing and Electrical.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high‑quality carpentry, tiling, painting, drywall, light plumbing and electrical services
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Document and invoice work accurately
- Uphold safety and company standards
- Maintain own tools and vehicle
Work Style:
W2 position allowing the flexibility of an independent job. You will work from your home on a full‑time or part‑time basis, using your own truck or van to travel to job sites in South Jacksonville, Saint John’s County and nearby areas.
Compensation:
Potential income ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 per year, plus performance bonuses and benefits.
Location:
Must live in south Jacksonville to St. Augustine and reside within 15 miles of the target area.
Qualifications:
- Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman
- Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work
- Own standard set of tools to perform all trades
- Own truck or van (company vehicle possible after 3–6 months)
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Strong documentation and invoicing skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
