Job Overview
Seeking a well-rounded Experienced Remodeler. No nights or weekends. 8-4 schedule as a W-2 employee with biweekly pay and benefits.
Desired Experience
We are looking for Multi-Skilled Carpenters with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical. Must have a can-do approach to your day. Your days will be busy and you will do a wide variety of work.
Skillsets We Are Hiring For
- Handyman – Skilled in various small trades. Start at $25/hr.
- Handyman +1 – Skilled in various small trades. Can carry and use extension ladder. Has plumbing or electrical knowledge. Start at $27/hr.
- Craftsman – Skilled in various small trades. Has plumbing or electrical skills. Can troubleshoot in the field. Start at $28/hr.
- Craftsman +1 – Skilled in multiple trades. Has more extensive plumbing or electrical skills. Can troubleshoot in the field. Start at $30/hr.
- Lead Craftsman – Skilled in all trades. Has more extensive plumbing or electrical skills. Can troubleshoot in the field. Can assist with oversight of other Handymen/Craftsmen. Start at $32/hr.
- Master Craftsman – All skills above with ability/willingness to lead team. Start at $35/hr.
Compensation
Hourly range: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour, depending on role and experience.
