ACE Handyman Services of Harrisburg/Lancaster/York/Carlisle is looking for experienced Handymen who are ready to join our growing team. The role is a full-time W-2 position with an 8-4 schedule, no nights or weekends, biweekly pay, and the opportunity to build a career rather than a job.
Seeking well-rounded, multi-skilled professionals who bring excellent craftsmanship, customer service, and a strong work ethic to each job site.
Skillsets We Are Hiring For:- Handyman – Skilled in various small trades. Start at $25/hr.
- Pressure washing
- Painting
- Dryer vent cleaning
- Drywall repairs
- Caulking
- Light landscaping
- Insulation
- Fencing repairs
- Replacing faucets
- Replacing garbage disposals
- Hanging pictures/mirrors/art
- Moving furniture
- Handyman +1 – Skilled in various small trades, able to carry and use extension ladder, with plumbing or electrical knowledge. Start at $27/hr.
- Light plumbing
- Finish carpentry
- Light electrical
- Install flooring
- Deck repair
- Paint/stain refinishing
- Hang/tape/finish drywall
- Replace/install fencing
- Gutter cleaning
- Hang holiday lights
- Roof work / replace shingles and boots
- Craftsman – Skilled in various small trades, has plumbing or electrical skills, can troubleshoot in the field. Start at $28/hr.
- Plumbing skills including cartridge replacement
- Electrical skills including ceiling fan/light new wiring
- Handle 3-5 day jobs of painting & flooring installs
- Handle tile backsplash installs
- Craftsman +1 – Skilled in multiple trades, more extensive plumbing or electrical skills, can troubleshoot in the field. Start at $30/hr.
- Full plumbing knowledge & tools
- Full electrical knowledge & tools
- Measure for and install doors & windows
- Deck repairs, upgrades, and builds
- Handle 5-10 day jobs of upgrading bathrooms & kitchens
- Handle tile backsplash installs or tile flooring
- Lead Craftsman – Skilled in all trades, more extensive plumbing or electrical skills, can troubleshoot in the field, and can assist with oversight of other Handymen/Craftsmen. Start at $32/hr.
- Full plumbing knowledge & tools
- Full electrical knowledge & tools
- Complete basement, bathroom & kitchen remodels
- Estimate, design & build decks
- Master Craftsman – All skills above with ability/willingness to lead a team. Start at $35/hr.
- Excellent communication & leadership
Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and skill level.
