Core Responsibilities Perform plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, drywall repair, deck and fence repairs, and painting tasks.
Use the appropriate tools for each assignment and troubleshoot as needed.
Communicate with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
Look for opportunities to extend service and build customer confidence.
Maintain a clean‑cut appearance, organized tools, and a decent vehicle.
Maintain punctuality, efficiency, integrity, and strive for top customer satisfaction.
Required Skills Strong knowledge of all listed trades.
Quick‑thinking troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Presentation: clean appearance, organized tools, reliable vehicle.

Compensation W‑2 status with hourly pay ranging from $26.00 to $32.00 per hour.
