We're looking for someone who lives and breathes the trading card hobby.

Someone who knows why a new Pokémon release matters.

Who spots market trends before everyone else.

Who understands collector culture, follows the biggest creators, and instinctively knows what content will get the community talking.

If that's you, we'd love to hear from you.

At Ace Grading, we're building one of the world's leading trading card grading brands.

As we continue our international expansion, content sits at the heart of everything we do.

It's how we introduce collectors to Ace, build trust, grow our community and strengthen our reputation around the world.

This isn't a content creation role.

You won't spend your days editing videos or designing graphics.

Instead, you'll be responsible for identifying the stories worth telling, planning our content strategy, briefing our creative team, and ensuring every piece of content is delivered at the right time, on the right platform, for maximum impact.

What you'll do...

You'll own the strategic direction of Ace's organic social channels across Instagram, Tik Tok and Facebook.

Working closely with our designers, videographers, production team and wider marketing department, you'll:

  • Develop and manage our social content strategy.
  • Build rolling content plans aligned with product launches, card releases, campaigns, international expansion and industry events.
  • Monitor the trading card market, identifying emerging trends, major releases and community conversations before they become mainstream.
  • Turn market insight into engaging, commercially effective content plans.
  • Brief and coordinate creative teams to produce world-class content.
  • Work alongside creators, partners and ambassadors to maximise campaign impact.
  • Ensure Ace remains one of the most authentic and respected voices within the hobby.
  • Analyse performance and continually refine our content strategy based on insight and data.

What we're looking for...

First and foremost, you're a collector.

You understand Pokémon, One Piece, Sports Cards and the wider TCG market because you're genuinely part of it.

You spend time following creators, watching the market, keeping up with new releases and understanding what collectors care about.

Alongside your passion for the hobby, you'll bring

  • Experience developing organic social strategies for a consumer-facing brand.
  • Outstanding content planning and campaign management skills.
  • Experience briefing designers, videographers and creative teams.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok and Facebook.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • A commercial mindset, understanding how great content supports brand growth, customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Exceptional organisation and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Why join Ace Grading?

  • This is a unique opportunity to help shape one of the fastest-growing brands in the trading card hobby.
  • You'll have the ability to influence our content strategy, help define how collectors around the world experience Ace, and play a central role in our international growth.
  • If you're passionate about the hobby and want to turn that passion into a career helping build one of the world's leading grading brands, we'd love to hear from you.
