Banbury, Oxfordshire, with travel to events and creator activity | Full time | Start: ASAP
Ace is built by collectors, for collectors, and creators are an important part of how collectors discover brands, form opinions and engage with the hobby.
The Creator Partnerships & Campaign Manager grows Ace through strategic relationships and campaigns with external creators: identifying the right partners, developing campaign concepts, negotiating agreements, delivering content and measuring commercial results. The role builds and manages a structured creator programme across sponsorships, ambassadors, affiliates and agreed gifting activity, working with creators who genuinely fit the brand and reach the collector communities we want to engage, in the UK and our international markets.
This is an end to end, hands on role for someone who understands creator culture, the trading card hobby and the commercial mechanics of influencer partnerships, and who combines strong relationship-building with excellent campaign management and a clear focus on measurable results.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Creator programme and strategy
- Develop and manage Ace's creator partnership programme: a repeatable approach across paid sponsorships, ambassadors, affiliate partnerships and agreed gifting, with clear objectives, budgets and expected outcomes.
- Develop partnership models suited to different creator types, audiences and markets, favouring longer-term relationships with high-performing creators over one-off campaigns.
- Integrate creators into product launches, card shows, international expansion and major hobby moments, working with Marketing and Partnerships so creator activity supports wider commercial and brand objectives.
- Build a creator network across Ace's priority international markets (Europe, the US and future markets), developing locally authentic partnerships with regional partners and ambassadors while keeping Ace consistently represented.
Creator research, outreach and relationships
- Research and assess YouTubers, influencers, podcasters, streamers, breakers and other creators across Pokémon, TCG, sports cards and the wider collectibles market, judging audience relevance, reach, engagement quality, content quality, brand fit, reputation and previous partnerships.
- Maintain a structured pipeline and database of prospective, active and established creators across priority markets, spotting emerging creators early.
- Own outreach and partnership proposals to creators and their agents or management, and manage inbound enquiries.
- Act as the principal day-to-day Ace contact for creator partners, building genuine relationships and ensuring creators have a positive, professional experience of working with Ace.
Commercial negotiation, agreements and rights
- Negotiate partnerships within agreed budgets and levels of authority: fees, deliverables, publication dates, revision rounds, payment terms and exclusivity where appropriate.
- Secure and document content usage, amplification and paid advertising (whitelisting) rights, including channels, territories and periods, and ensure content is not reused outside them.
- Document expectations and deliverables before campaigns begin, and work with internal teams on agreements, purchase orders, invoicing and payments.
- Maintain visibility of creator commitments and overall programme spend, ensuring partnerships deliver value relative to audience, reach and expected outcomes.
Campaign concepts, briefing and delivery
- Develop campaign ideas that fit naturally into each creator's content and format, for example grading journeys, submission-to-return series, reveals, sponsored segments, podcast host reads, event collaborations and longer-term ambassador storytelling, avoiding forced integrations that undermine authenticity.
- Produce clear creator briefs (objectives, audience, key messages, deliverables, hooks, calls to action, tracking links and codes, deadlines, approvals and disclosure requirements) while leaving creators enough freedom to stay authentic.
- Manage campaigns from agreement to publication: campaign schedule, chasing actions and content, resolving delivery issues and keeping campaigns on time.
- Coordinate everything creators need, including grading submissions and returns, product and service access, assets, studio visits and filming, working with Operations, Customer Services, Production and Partnerships, and briefing internal production where extra filming, photography, graphics or editing is required.
Content review, compliance and amplification
- Review concepts, scripts, rough cuts and final content where the agreement allows, giving clear, constructive feedback so content delivers the brief in the creator's own voice.
- Ensure Ace's services, grading processes, pricing, turnaround and other claims are accurate and approved, escalating technical questions to the right internal expert.
- Ensure sponsored content follows advertising-disclosure requirements and platform rules, and check disclosures are present at publication, protecting Ace's brand without unnecessarily restricting creativity.
- Extend campaigns beyond the original content: produce simple supporting edits, captions, graphics and cutdowns, brief larger production needs internally, and work with the Social Content Lead to amplify creator content across Ace's organic social, paid media, website, email and other channels. Keep an organised library of creator assets and permissions.
Performance and commercial insight
- Track campaign costs and performance using appropriate tracking links, codes and attribution, measuring reach, views, engagement, clicks and attributed submissions, and obtaining creator analytics where required.
- Report on cost per view, cost per engagement, cost per acquisition or submission and return on creator spend, distinguishing attributable commercial results from broader brand awareness.
- Compare creators, platforms and formats, produce post-campaign reviews and recommendations, and use the data to decide which relationships to renew, expand, change or discontinue and to inform future negotiations and budgets.
Who we are looking for:
Creator or influencer partnerships specialist who has run campaigns end to end in-house, understands creator culture and the commercial mechanics of influencer marketing, and is genuinely connected to the trading card, gaming or collectibles community.
- Proven experience running creator, influencer or partnership campaigns end to end: research, outreach, negotiation, briefing, delivery and reporting.
- Track record of negotiating creator agreements (fees, deliverables, exclusivity, usage and whitelisting rights) and delivering campaigns on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of creator culture and platforms, particularly YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts and live streaming, and of what makes sponsored content feel authentic.
- Commercially minded and data-literate: comfortable with tracking links, codes and attribution, and with measuring cost per acquisition and return on creator spend.
- Working knowledge of UK advertising-disclosure requirements (ASA and CMA guidance) and platform rules for sponsored content.
- Excellent relationship-building, written and verbal communication skills; able to write clear briefs and give constructive feedback on content.
- Highly organised, able to run multiple campaigns and creator relationships at once in a fast-moving business.
- Knowledge of, or real enthusiasm for, the trading card and collectibles hobby.
- Experience working with creators or audiences in international markets, particularly Europe or the US.
- Experience managing affiliate programmes, codes and commissions.
- Basic content skills: simple edits, captions or graphics for supporting content.
- Existing relationships within the TCG, Pokémon, sports card or wider collectibles creator community.
- Experience in a fast growing consumer brand or scale-up.
