You will own the planning, creation and optimisation of our content across the website, making sure every page informs, engages and inspires collectors worldwide. This role blends SEO know-how, persuasive copywriting, design and storytelling with creative ways to turn web visitors into submissions. You will shape how Ace Grading is found online, how our story and brand values are communicated to collectors and partners, and how our content builds trust and engagement.

What you will do:
- Own all website content and copywriting across product pages, landing pages, blogs, FAQs and customer flows.
- Build and execute Ace Grading's SEO/GEO & content strategy for the UK and international markets.
- Create clear, persuasive, conversion-focused copy within an e-commerce environment.
- Optimise the submission funnel to improve conversion, reduce drop-off and increase submission volume.
- Collaborate with tech, social and content teams to maximise UX impact.
- Ensure content structure, internal linking and hierarchy support strong SEO/GEO performance.
- Track performance, iterate constantly and stay ahead of SEO/algorithm changes.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years' experience in content marketing and SEO.
- Strong copywriting skills in a branded, e-commerce or service-led context.
- Proven ability to drive organic traffic and conversions.
- Solid understanding of on-page SEO, content optimisation and SEO tooling.
- Comfortable translating complex services into clear, compelling messaging.
- Analytical, performance-driven and commercially minded.
- Able to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
- Own a critical traffic and conversion growth channel.
