Ace Grading is built by collectors, for collectors and as we scale globally, social media and our community are at the heart of how we grow. We’re looking for a true Pokémon and TCG hobbyist to own our social presence, embed themselves in the community and help shape Ace Grading as one of the most respected and loved voices in the market.

This is no ordinary social media role! You need to know your cards, spot a chase pull instantly, understand the memes, the drama, the trends and be comfortable being in the comments every day. Plus you’ll get to work directly with some of the biggest influencers out there.

What you’ll do…

• Own Ace Grading’s global organic social presence across TikTok, Instagram, X, Discord, Reddit and more.
• Create daily content that balances entertainment, education, community joy and conversion.
• Embed yourself authentically in the Pokémon & TCG community.
• Spot trends, hype cycles, new releases and cultural moments early.
• Collaborate with top creators and emerging influencers in the space.
• Help launch campaigns and market expansions in the UK and internationally.
• Be the feedback loop between the community and the business.

You’ll play a key role in driving brand awareness, trust & passion ultimately generating card submissions.

What we’re looking for…

• 3+ years’ experience running social media for a consumer brand or community.
• A genuine Pokémon & TCG hobbyist with deep cultural knowledge.
• Instantly recognises rare, valuable and meaningful cards.
• Strong instincts for what collectors care about, excited by and shares.
• Hands‑on experience across major platforms, especially TikTok & Instagram.
• Comfortable working with high‑profile creators and influencers.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling and visual design skills.
• Help shape a global grading brand from inside the hobby.
• Work directly with leading creators and personalities in the TCG space.
• Huge creative freedom and visible impact on growth.
• Influence how the next generation experiences card collecting.
