Content & Production Manager in Banbury

Backed by some of the biggest names in the business, Ace Grading is on a mission to become the No 1 grading platform for trading card collectors and resellers worldwide.

Ace Grading is significantly expanding its content capabilities, with high‑quality, video‑first storytelling at the centre of our growth strategy. This content will live across social and eCommerce, with a dedicated YouTube channel launching as the flagship platform, and we’re looking for the person who will own this end‑to‑end.

This is a hands‑on creative role for a producer‑editor‑designer who can take an idea from concept to camera to final cut. You’ll lead all design and visual production, shaping how Ace Grading shows up on YouTube, social platforms and across the brand.

+ You’ll work directly with some of the biggest influencers out there.

What you’ll do…

• Own all Ace Grading YouTube production (long‑form and short‑form).
• Produce shows, features, interviews, educational content & community‑led formats.
• Film, edit and deliver high‑quality content at pace.
• Create high‑performing short‑form video for TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
• Repurpose long‑form content into platform‑optimised clips.
• Design and deliver high‑quality graphic and visual assets, including YouTube thumbnails, campaign visuals, overlays and platform‑native creative.
• Maintain and elevate Ace’s premium visual identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, partnerships and creators to deliver standout content.

What we’re looking for…

• 5+ years’ experience in video production and digital content creation.
• Proven experience producing long‑form and short‑form video.
• Strong editing skills and visual storytelling instincts.
• Confident with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma).
• Experience creating YouTube‑optimised content and thumbnails.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects at speed.
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving, scale‑up environment.
• Own and shape a new global YouTube content brand.
• Huge creative autonomy and visible impact.
• Work with leading creators and influencers in the TCG space.
• Help define how a modern grading brand shows up on camera.
