Backed by some of the biggest names in the sector, Ace Grading is on a mission to become the No 1 grading platform for trading card collectors and resellers worldwide. We’re looking for a Creative Designer to join the team and play a key role in bringing the Ace brand to life.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across a wide range of creative outputs from digital campaigns and social content to packaging and physical brand experiences.
You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across both digital and print, supporting brand, campaign, social media and commercial objectives. You’ll also help ensure everything we produce feels consistent, premium and unmistakably Ace.
- Creating high-quality design across digital and print from campaign assets and social content to documents, templates and infographics.
- Bringing the brand’s tone of voice to life visually across all touchpoints.
- Interpreting briefs clearly, understanding purpose, audience and context to deliver effective creative solutions.
- Designing for web, eCommerce, email and social platforms.
- Championing consistency in typography, layout and overall brand expression.
- Contributing ideas and creative thinking from concept through to execution.
- Collaborating with marketing, content and commercial teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
- Continuously identifying ways to improve creative output and customer touchpoints.
- Supporting the evolution of creative processes and ways of working.
Experience creating high-quality design in a commercial or branded environment.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva or similar.
Ability to take a brief and translate it into clear, effective creative.
Strong organisation skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Experience in eCommerce or consumer brands.
Motion design or animation capability.
Hybrid working - Minimum 3 days per week in our Banbury office.
