Backed by some of the biggest names in the business, Ace Grading is on a mission to become the No 1 grading platform for trading card collectors and resellers worldwide. As we scale, we're building a powerful B2B partner and affiliate ecosystem and we're looking for the person who will help make that happen.

This is a commercial, performance based role where you'll own relationships with card shops, resellers, marketplaces & affiliates, turning them into long-term partners for Ace. If you love building relationships, closing partnerships, building new business and working at a fast-paced scale up this role is for you.

What you'll do:

  • Sign and grow retail and online reseller partnerships (UK, US, EU first but globally over time).
  • Help roll out Ace-branded in-store grading hubs and POS displays.
  • Turn partners into high-volume, repeat submitter growth partners.
  • Own and grow Ace's affiliate programme with creators and retailers.
  • Represent Ace at card shows, trade events and industry meetups.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations to unlock new growth ideas.

This role is accountable for real commercial impact: Submissions, B2B acquisition & retention and partner performance.

What we're looking for:

  • c5 years' experience in account management, partnerships, business development or affiliate marketing.
  • Comfortable working with small owner-managed retailers and B2B customers.
  • Confident negotiator with strong commercial instincts.
  • Equally happy:
    • Visiting card shops and events
    • Managing affiliates and reviewing performance data
  • Organised, proactive and happy working autonomously.
  • A genuine interest in trading cards, collectibles or hobby-driven brands.

Why join Ace Grading?

  • Help build the distribution backbone of a fast-growing brand.
  • Work directly with card shops, creators and major personalities in the TCG space.
  • Own a critical growth channel with clear visibility and real impact.
