Are you an experienced MSK Podiatrist looking to join a supportive, forward-thinking clinic? We are expanding our specialist MSK team in Cardiff and are seeking a motivated clinician with a passion for evidence-based practice and excellent patient care.

ACE Feet in Motion is a well-established and highly respected musculoskeletal podiatry clinic based in Cardiff. For over 20 years, we’ve been dedicated to improving patient outcomes through expert biomechanical assessment, advanced technology, and personalised treatment planning. We are proud to be the only company in Wales offering Run3D gait analysis, enabling us to deliver highly accurate, data-driven assessments for both athletes and non-athletes. We also offer 2D pressure analysis, Shock Wave therapy, in-house orthotic manufacture and rehabilitation. Our clinic is known for its innovative approach, friendly team culture, and reputation for exceptional patient care. We work with a diverse patient base—from elite sports professionals to individuals with MSK conditions—and our clinicians are supported with regular CPD, advanced equipment, and a collaborative working environment.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary from £38,000 up to £55,000 (pro rata, based on experience)
  • Employed, permanent, part-time role required (3 days per week)

The Role:

You will assess and treat a varied MSK caseload, providing high-quality biomechanical evaluations, gait analysis, and orthotic prescription. You will work closely with our experienced clinical team, to deliver effective, evidence-based patient care.

About You:

  • Degree in Podiatry (HCPC registered)
  • Strong background in musculoskeletal podiatry
  • Confident in biomechanical assessment, gait analysis, and MSK care planning
  • Excellent communication and patient-focused approach
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development
