Join a fast-paced, creative team where every detail matters. At Ace Designs, we turn ideas into real-world retail displays that grab attention—and it all starts with precision. We’re looking for a Production Pre-Flight Artist who’s ready to help bring bold concepts to life by prepping files, troubleshooting design elements, and ensuring everything is print-ready and perfect. If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in production design tools, we’d love to have you on our team.

As a Production / Pre-Flight Artist, you’ll be a key part of our creative workflow—bridging the gap between client concept and production reality. Your role will include:

  • Diving into the world of large format print with both precision and creativity
  • Pre-flighting client files to ensure they’re 100% print-ready—correct fonts, colors, layout, and more.
  • Translating concepts from napkin sketches into polished, dimensional visual assets: 3D models, line drawings, realistic renders, and final design files.
  • Working with industry-standard software: Rhino 3D, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Outputting files using Illustrator and a specific set of plugins for seamless hand-off to production.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in both Apple and Windows operating systems
  • Familiarity with Gmail and a professional communication style
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment with shifting priorities
  • A background in the large format print industry is a plus
  • A curious, adaptable mindset and a sharp eye for detail
