HR Manager – Multi-Academy Trust (Solihull)

Location: Head Office, Solihull
Contract: Temp-to-Perm (strong potential to become permanent)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

About the Role

We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join a highly regarded Multi-Academy Trust, based at their Head Office in Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to step into a pivotal role, supporting schools across the Trust with strategic and operational HR expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on HR data reporting including gender pay gap, apprenticeship, and EDI metrics.
  • Manage employee relations casework across the Trust (disciplinary, grievance, and capability).
  • Provide expert HR advice and support to school leaders and HR colleagues on complex matters.
  • Partner with school-based HR administrators and the central payroll team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Act as Deputy to the Executive Head of HR, taking a lead role in their absence.

What We\'re Looking For

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (Level 7 or higher highly desirable).
  • Strong background in employee relations and HR data reporting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience within an education or multi-academy trust environment is highly advantageous.
