  • Lead and develop middle leaders and teaching staff.
  • Build strong partnerships with families, local authorities, commissioners and external agencies.
  • Contribute to safeguarding, SEND and pastoral leadership.
  • Support the ongoing development of outreach and alternative provision services.
  • Ensure all pupils receive the highest quality education and support regardless of their starting point.

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has a successful track record of senior leadership within education.
  • Demonstrates strong experience in school improvement and raising outcomes.
  • Has experience working with vulnerable learners, SEMH, SEND, Alternative Provision, PRU or Inclusion settings.
  • Possesses excellent people leadership and coaching skills.
  • Can balance strategic thinking with operational excellence.
  • Is resilient, compassionate and highly visible as a leader.
