With a fast-paced workshop handling a high volume of vehicles daily, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting customers and the workshop team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Preparing quotations and booking vehicles into the workshop
- Following up with customers regarding repairs, servicing, and vehicle updates
- Sourcing and ordering vehicle parts from suppliers
- Tracking parts deliveries and matching them to active jobs
- Assisting with invoicing, administration, and workshop scheduling
- Supporting the company's social media presence and customer engagement
- Coordinating communication between the office and workshop teams
What We're Looking For
